Talk to your care provider about next steps, particularly if your condition has affected your work or quality of life. Avoid foods with excessive fructose and consider taking other tests to see if you have additional conditions that may be contributing to your symptoms.

If you have been diagnosed with IBS in the past and can’t find relief for bloating, nausea, abdominal cramps, and/or gas, this test is perfect for you. Consider discussing a fructose malabsorption test with your doctor.
